At K9Stuff, we work to provide quality dog products and a smooth shopping experience for every customer. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following situations:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing item in the order

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issue.

To process the request, please share:

  • Order details
  • Clear product photos
  • Unboxing video
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request before approving any return, replacement, or refund.

Product Condition Requirement

Products must be unused and in their original condition with proper packaging.

K9Stuff reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if:

  • The product shows signs of use
  • The product is damaged after delivery
  • The product is not returned in original condition
  • Parts or packaging are missing

For damage related claims, an unboxing video may be required for verification.

Products should not be returned without confirmation from our support team.

Non Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Custom or special order products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Orders placed with incorrect size or product selection by the customer

Product Appearance

Some products are made with genuine leather and handcrafted materials. Slight variations in color, texture, stitching, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Refused Deliveries

Refunds will not be provided for orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect customer information provided by the customer.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered by K9Stuff.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect depending on the bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

If a product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement based on product availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
